Aaron has been involved in martial arts from Karate to Muay Thai since childhood, and “working through pain” became a way of life both in and out of competition - 2 motor vehicle accidents later, he realized that normalizing pain was no longer an option. The rehabilitation process at Pretherapy got him back in the gym and sparked a passion of helping others in their physical journey through Massage Therapy.
Having graduated with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and a diploma from the registered massage therapy program at VCMT, Aaron accumulated clinical experience with patients from all walks of life. His approach to therapeutic treatment includes a custom plan tailored to each individual, using a variety of manual techniques paired with effective movement and active homecare to empower his patients to reach their physical goals.
When not at work, Aaron appreciates living a healthy and mindful lifestyle, staying active at the gym training martial arts, and working out to support his habit of food adventures
