Physiotherapy at PRE Therapy

Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, and education. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease. At PRE Therapy, we use a 3-phase approach to therapy: Pain Management, Restoration, Evolution. This approach helps us identify what pain or instability needs to be worked on right now, while providing you with a long-term solution for staying healthy and active. Your initial session includes a full body assessment and personalized plan, followed by your 1-on-1 treatment.

Benefits of Physiotherapy

Depending on the reason for your visit, the benefits of physiotherapy may include pain management with reduced need for opioids, avoiding surgery, improved mobility and movement, recovery from injury or trauma, recovery from stroke or paralysis, fall prevention, improved balance, or management of age-related medical problems.

Our multi-disciplinary environment gives you access to multiple modalities of therapy. This means that even if you see a physiotherapist for your first few visits, your best recovery plan might involve a mix of massage and fascial stretch therapy, which you will seamlessly have access to under one roof.
