Arminder is a graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy as of 2022. Arminder was inspired to become an RMT after his own experience as a patient at Pre Therapy.
Arminder is an advocate for patient education and hopes to share his knowledge so that his patients can have a deeper understanding of their own bodies and feel empowered to strive for better physical and mental health. He strongly believes in incorporating active movement in conjunction with manual therapy to help achieve one’s wellness goals.
In terms of treatment, Arminder incorporates Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 1) which is a table based assisted stretching in conjunction with modalities such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching (PNF). Arminder’s goal is to bring awareness & provide one with the tools to help in their health journey.
Arminder is continuously looking to grow as a therapist and is always learning and striving to become better than he was yesterday.
When Arminder is not working in the clinic, you can find him at the gym, boxing, running, playing spikeball, and snowboarding. He is an avid formula 1 fan, coffee & music lover and is passionate about exploring & traveling the world hopefully to catch a Grand Prix one day.
