Jennifer Lim, Registered physiotherapist
Jennifer completed her Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from
the University of British Columbia. In her undergrad, she spent time working with the
Men’s Field Hockey team as an athletic trainer, as well as a personal trainer and group
fitness instructor. Her passion in wanting to work with individuals with all types of
abilities stems from her own sports injury. From weekend warriors, ICBC patients, desk
workers and the everyday individual on the go, she is a strong advocate for taking
charge of one’s health. It is evident in her treatment style that she strives to empower
patients to get moving.
Jennifer’s treatment style focuses on hands-on manual therapy techniques and
individualized exercise programs. She also believes that client education and goal
setting is an integral part of treatment.
Jennifer has experience working with all types of musculoskeletal injuries, but has a
special interest in knee, shoulder and back injuries due to her own experiences.
Outside of work, you can catch Jennifer running, biking, hiking or doing any physical
activities outdoors!
