Lisa completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy and is excited to collaborate with you in your health and wellness goals.
With a belief in massage being an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, she is versed in massage for your wellbeing, whether it be for prevention, maintenance, rehabilitation, or relaxation.
In her treatment room, Lisa strives to offer a safe space for healing where you can work together to discover your goals and develop an appropriate treatment plan for you. ICBC cases, sports injuries, post-operative healing, stress related tension are just a few examples of concerns Lisa is happy to address.
In addition, Lisa has taken continued education in prenatal and postpartum massage and care. She is humbled to share in your journey, and provide you with an environment of comfort and safety while addressing any concerns you may be experiencing in your pregnancy or post pregnancy process.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys travelling the world, participating in dance classes, and indulging in a variety of board and video games. She welcomes you to follow her on instagram for stretching tips and real time updates to her schedule including last minute cancellations and spot availability.
