Dr. Steph obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Ontario and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia. She is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Steph has experience treating various conditions, and looks forward to working closely with each patient to help them reach their goals. She practices using a combination of the following techniques: chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, cupping therapy, and fascial movement taping, in addition to personalized exercise prescription and rehabilitation therapy.
Having experienced aches and pains from everyday desk work, migraines, and headaches most of her life, Steph understands and has a special interest in treating patients who are suffering from similar conditions.
Out of office, Steph enjoys camping and exploring new hiking trails, eating to her heart's content, and traveling (hopefully soon!).
